Welcome to the RM Company, Belgrade, Serbia, Europe (hereinafter referred to as ” Worldfoodproducers ” or WFP ).
These GTC regulate the contractual relationship between worldfoodproducers.com and the users (hereinafter referred to as “participants”).

Point 1: General

1. Worldfoodproducers.com operates databases, accessible via the Internet, in which, registered food producers, sellers, service providers, (hereinafter jointly “participants”) may advertise human food products, for sale as well, and in which food products can be searched for using the search function provided by Worldfoodproducers.com.

2. These General Terms and Conditions for the Professional Domain apply exclusively to the relationship between Worldfoodproducers.com and the participants using the Professional Domain of the databases operated by Worldfoodproducers.com Any terms and conditions of a participant that contradict the present General Terms and Conditions shall not be valid.

3. Worldfoodproducers.com shall merely provide the technical requirements, in the form of databases, by which information (ads) is conveyed. Worldproducers.com shall not influence the content of the ads. In particular, Worldfoodproducers.com is not itself the party offering the advertised products for sale.

4. Worldfoodproducers.com shall not influence the content of the ads. In particular, Worldfoodproducers.com is not itself the party offering the advertised products for sale and technical service transport & logistics.

5. Worldfoodproducers.com is not involved in the relationship between the seller and the party interested in the purchase or the buyer, or service, transport and logistics neither in the capacity of an intermediary nor as a representative of any party.

6. Agreements that were initiated as a consequence of an advertisement being placed on Worldfoodproducers.com shall be concluded and implemented without Worldfoodproducers.com participating.

Point 2

1. Worldfoodproducers.com obligation is to provide an input mask for ads, to activate the advertisements placed via the input mask, and to enable the advertisements in the Worldfoodproducers.com to be retrieved via the Internet for the period of time agreed upon with the participant.

2. All participants can put as many ads as they wish into Worldfoodproducers.com databases. Worldfoodproducers.com provides the participants the selection from different service packages and other additional services. The use of the service packages and additional services provided is based on the Worldfoodproducers.com price list that applies to the use of the Professional Domain in an ongoing contractual relationship.

3. Worldfoodproducers.com publishes and promotes the Worldfoodproducers.com Service and advertisements placed by the participants on its own and through third parties (especially other platforms), Worldfoodproducers.com also enables third parties to advertise their goods and services on the Worldfoodproducers.com Service.

As part of the Worldfoodproducers.com has access to various information about participants, including personal data. In particular, this includes information which participants enter and transmit to Worldfoodproducers.com as part of the Worldfoodproducers.com Service (such as contact information and information on the advertised products or service and logistics as well as information which is generated during the provision and processing of the Worldfoodproducers.com Service (such as ratings, analysis, communication).

Upon termination of the user agreement, the data provided by the respective participant or generated by his or her use of the Worldfoodproducers.com Service will be deleted from his or her participant account. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Worldfoodproducers.com will retain this information even after termination of the agreement if Worldfoodproducers.com is legally obliged or has a legitimate interest to do so. Aggregated data generated by participants (e.g. statistics on advertisement impressions in one category) will continue to be stored even after termination of the agreement by the rights of the participant as a data subject in the Worldfoodproducers.com privacy policy.

The participant grants Worldfoodproducers.com the non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable right to use the content of the participant which he posts on the Worldfoodproducers.com Service

4. Worldfoodproducers.com reserves the right to temporarily restrict the possibilities of placing and retrieving ads if this is required due to capacity limits, to server security. In so doing, Worldfoodproducers.com shall take into consideration the legitimate interests of all participants, in particular by informing them prior to taking the above measures. Worldfoodproducers.com also reserves the right to test new or changed functions but all participants will be informed by Worldfoodproducers.com side.

5. Worldfoodproducers.com reserves the right to limit the number of data records imported daily by one and the same participant, should this be required for technical reasons, in particular for capacity reasons.

6. In particular, due to unexpected system failures may mean that it is not possible, to retrieve activated advertisements.

7. Worldfoodproducers.com allows users to sort the search results according to various criteria.

Point 3

Advertisements for whose highlighted presentation (e.g. as a “color Ad”) the respective participant has agreed to pay a fee are also displayed in the search results.

1. Only legal entities and natural persons capable of unrestrictedly entering into legal transactions may register.In particular, Minors can not be part of Worldfoodproducers.com and register as well.

2. The person registering is obliged to provide information that is complete and correct.

3. As part of the registration and the ongoing contractual relationship, Worldfoodproducers.com is entitled to demand submission of an excerpt from the Commercial Register/Chamber of Commerce and/or Trade Register as well.

4. If the data provided alter after registering, the participant is obliged to inform Worldfoodproducers.com of the changes asap by email.

5. The participant is obligated to verify all information’s provided at the time of registration.

6. The participant must keep their password secret and keep their details safe.

7. Worldfoodproducers.com will not give a participant’s password to any third party.

8. Worldfoodproducers.com will never ask the participant for the details of registration and password.

9. The participant is strictly liable for all entered data’s and activities using their access details on Worldfoodproducers.com or for all third person to whom participant gave an access details own account.

Point 4

Worldfoodproducers.com may take the following measures if there is indication that participant the violated the terms of use and legal provisions
• Deleting advertising of participant after agreed time
• Before the publication may asking from participant the additional information and documentation
• Issue warnings letter to participants
• Impose temporary or definitive blocks on participants
• Termination of the user agreement
• Deletion of the user account
• Termination of the user agreement
• Deletion of the user account

2. If affected situation happen , Worldfoodproducers.com shall take into consideration the legitimate interests of the participant, and ask for explanation by email before any actions above mentioned

3. Worldfoodproducers.com may delete ads or other content if, in terms of their content or layout, do not comply with the Worldfoodproducers.com GTC . Any inappropriate content will be deleted from Worldfoodproducers.com without any prior notice

4. Worldfoodproducers.com may temporarily or definitive block a participant from using the Worldfoodproducers.com Service. User is no longer able to log into the Worldfoodproducers.com Service

5. In case of default in payment for advertising, Worldfoodproducers.com shall be entitled to temporarily block user.

Point 5

The contractual relationship between worldfoodproducers.com and the participant may be properly terminated by either party to the contract within a period of 45 days. Notice of termination is to be provided in writing to email Worldfoodproducers.com

Worldfoodproducers.com will give reasons for a proper termination, whereby the reasons may result from this GTC.

The participant can be reinstated on WFP following termination or a temporary or definitive blocked by WFP due to a contravention of these GTC, if establish and solved disputed part.

Before any actions participant will be informed by Worldfoodproducers.com in written form the participants have the opportunity to clarify the circumstances and facts within the scope of Worldfoodproducers.com internal complaint handling procedure.

Point 6

The participation fee shall be calculated on the basis of the current valid public price list and is invoiced by WFP for the requested and agreed period sending an invoice by email. The total sum service plus TAX shall be due for payment by agreed conditions and the valid price list

1. In case an advertisement is deleted according to GTC due to a circumstance that the participant is responsible for, a reimbursement of the insertion fee or a credit towards the service quota does not take place, unless the participant can provide evidence that no damage .The deleted advertisement will count into the monthly participation fee.

Point 7: Changes to the GTC

Worldfoodproducers.com shall announce any changes to its prices in 30days in advance by email and agreed contract will be realised by agreed terms
Article 7 Requirements as to the Contents and Layout of Ads.

1. The participant obliges to only place the products, service, or logistic service in the section provided for that by Worldfoodproducers.com.

2. The participant obliges to provide complete and correct information with regard to the own products or service.

3. The ads can be illustrated with photos or company logo. The participant obliges to only upload photos to Worldfoodproducers.com database that they are permitted to use without restrictions and that are not encumbered by any third party rights and in particular third party copyrights. The photos used may not be misleading.

4. The participant is obliged to provide correct and truthful prices in special offer category with TAX or VAT included and specifically stated. The advertising with prices that are incorrect or misleading are not permitted.

Point 8

1. The participant is responsible for the contents of the advertising

2. Worldfoodproducers.com shall not be responsibility for the correctness and completeness of advertising.

3. If Worldfoodproducers.com established fake advertising will be removed immediately from the Worldfoodproducers.com wall, and participants will be blocked

4. Worldfoodproducers.com in particular does not provide any representation, warranty or guarantee that purchase agreements initiated or concluded on the basis of WFP ads according to the national law of an affected state.

5. It is not allowed to include links to external web pages, other than the main WEB page, of WFP participants.

6. Listing phone numbers of services, resulting in higher phone costs for callers, is not allowed.

Point 9

The participant is responsible for the content of the ad. WFP will not check ads for correctness or completeness. WFP will not be responsible for the correctness and completeness of advertisements.
WFP makes no representations, warranties or guarantees that advertisements comply with legal provisions and accepts no responsibility for advertisements complying with legal provisions.

In particular, WFP does not make any representations or warranties that purchase contracts initiated or concluded based on WFP advertisements are enforceable under the national law of any affected country, in which the case occurred or in any other way result in the legal or economic results intended by one or both parties to the purchase contract.

In order to make product searches as fruitful and successful as possible, WFP strives to keep its data up-to-date. Therefore, participants should delete product ads as soon as the product from the offer is sold or is no longer available for other reasons.

Each participant is obliged to update the products advertised on WFP and to regularly administer their ads within 7, 10 or 14 days. If the Participant does not perform such administration within the specified time period, WFP reserves the right to deactivate the Participant’s ads due to lack of updates, so that the ads can no longer be downloaded from the database.

Searching on the WFP portal is enabled for users to target and quickly discover certain categories as well as final products. Therefore, participants will be asked to adequately fill out the form due to the functionality and accuracy of the WFP portal.

Point 10

For any comments or queries regarding the services offered by WFP, participants can use the WFP customer service free of charge.

Point 11

WFP does not guarantee the accuracy and timeliness of data that participants enter into WFP databases.

The WFP portal and its data are available a maximum number of days per month 24/7. Due to necessary maintenance and improvement works, certain functions may be temporarily unavailable.
